Bill Kratt, President

Bill has been in the sign business for over 40 years. He oversees all of our estimating and sales.

K.C. Rutiaga, Vice President

K.C. returned to the family business to join her father, Bill Kratt, in 2005, after practicing law with the District Attorney’s Office. She handles the day to day operations of the company, manages all installation projects, and works directly with local clientele.

Rudolph Rincon, Sales, Design

Rudolph has been with Fresno Neon since 1987. He specializes in all types of signage sales, with a focus on schools, churches, and LED marquees. He also works with the majority of our South Valley clientele. Rudolph is also an excellent artist, capable of drawing up a new design on the spot.

Jack Wilkinson, Sales

Jack joined our team in 2004. He specializes in all types of signage sales, with a focus primarily on the Fresno/Madera area.

Nate Mortensen, Graphic Design

Nate came to Fresno Neon in 1991. He specializes in all types of sign design, including small neon displays, vinyl decals, wall signage, monument signage, and large high rise pylon signs.

Ken Block, Estimator and Safety Coordinator

Ken has been with Fresno Neon since 1984. An experienced sign fabricator, Ken assists with estimation, fabrication, and inventory control. Ken also oversees and implements our extensive safety program.

Rob Bowling, Foreman

Robby joined our team in 1988. He oversees our fabrication and installation team, and is an expert fabricator.
